Refund policy

In the case of a return, the shipping costs will be paid by the customer.

We can offer a refund for any product, except for Make Your Own products, provided that it has not been worn and can be resold, with all original tags intact.

The refund does not include shipping costs.

The customer may return the product within 14 working days from the date of purchase, without providing a specific reason.

We assume no responsibility for situations where improper use contributed to the issue. Washing items without following the instructions on the label or scratches resulting from wear are not considered manufacturing defects and are therefore not covered by the warranty.

Before returning any item, the Customer must notify the Company by email at orders@shopwaves.com.ro.

These provisions apply in accordance with Government Ordinance no. 130/2000, as making a purchase on this website involves the use of distance communication technology.

The refund to the Customer who has withdrawn from the purchase will be made within a maximum of 14 working days from the receipt of the returned item(s).

After placing an order on the website, the customer declares that they have been informed and fully agree with all of the above. Acceptance of these conditions is equivalent to a contract between the parties, with the provisions of the Civil Code and the Commercial Code being applicable.

Customized products, Make Your Own, made according to the customer’s specifications, are generally excluded from the standard return policy (the 14-day withdrawal right), in accordance with consumer protection legislation. Since these products cannot be resold to another customer due to their unique nature, the seller does not accept their return except in exceptional situations.

Exception to returns: Customized products made according to the customer’s choice are excluded from return.

Reason for non-acceptance: Customized products are created specifically for you and cannot be restocked or resold.

Exceptions to the rule: Returns may only be accepted if the product has manufacturing defects, is damaged upon delivery, or does not match the ordered specifications (with photo/video proof).

Refund procedure: In exceptional cases where the return is accepted, the money will be refunded using the same payment method used (e.g., bank card or bank transfer).


HOW TO RETURN THE ITEM:

Contact us by email at orders@shopwaves.com.ro within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your name, order number, and the item you are returning.

Pack the items securely and send the parcel back to us using your preferred courier service.

Make sure to use a reliable delivery service, as the goods are your responsibility until they reach us.

After inspecting the returned items, you will receive your money via bank transfer.
